The 3rd Federal IT Forum of the Russian Oil & Gas Industry «Smart Oil & Gas: Digital Transformation of Oil and Gas Industry» took place in the unique Historical building of the City Telegraph Office (15 Pochtamtskaya str., Saint-Petersburg).
